Fee schedule

Our rates are published so that counsel, carriers and owners can budget an engagement before retaining us. There is no separate rate card negotiated case by case, and no premium applied for the party who retains us.

Rates effective January 1, 2026. A written engagement letter stating the scope, the applicable rates and the terms is issued for every matter before any billable work begins.

How engagements are billed

  • Deposition and trialScheduled in advance, with cancellation terms stated in the engagement letter
  • Travel$0.75 per mile, with no premium and no minimum
  • Initial callNot billed. We will tell you if the matter is outside our scope
